Smart Control Box

The Smart-Control Box is the common interface for the Hyper-Torque, Smart-Bins, Smart-Arm, and Smart-String Systems. The unit also plugs and plays with the KolverUSA bit selection block.

Programming of the torque program, location, bit, and the screw needed for each fastening location is accomplished through the jog-dial and digital display. No PC is needed

The Smart-Control Box consists of a hardened aluminum casing, a program selection knob and alpha-numeric digital display. The Smart-Control Box is a self-contained micro-controller with multiple IO ports. Embedded intelligence allows for simple error proofing including poka yoking and sequence control. Torque controller interface cables and sequencer buttons may be purchased separately.

• Smart-Control Lite is available for Hyper-Torque only functionality
• Sequence Control option may be added for an additional level of error proofing. Sequence steps such as torques and bin picks can be programmed and verified during assembly.
