KolverUSA Launches New Catalog: SmartMotion

KolverUSA is pleased to announce the introduction of the new 24 page SmartMotion catalog featuring the new line of torque arms and material handling equipment. The product line includes bench top Parallel and Folding arms, over the bench or suspended Rail arm solutions, and Pillar mounted solutions for high torque applications. This catalog features a completely restructured and redefined approach to the way products are showcased.

KolverUSA is proud to publish the new product line SmartMotion catalog. Curt Logee, the VP of sales, states “the addition of SmartMotion dramatically expands the product offering from KolverUSA. This line is not only drivers and controllers, but ergonomic support systems, giving customers complete assembly solutions for their torque related operations.”

SmartMotion consists of torque arms which are both ergonomic and productive. These products balance the weight of tools and eliminate torque. We offer a wide selection of models, sizes, and accessories which means that each workstation can be optimized. This way, one piece of equipment can be used by several people regardless of size, strength, etc.

Now knowing this, you must ask yourself, “which arm do I need—a parallel arm, a folding arm, or a rail supported arm?”

SmartMotion by KolverUSA has all three of these torque reaction arms. Parallel Arms (PA1 and PA2) are stationary but can be mounted on a table, wall, or pillar. They are intended for vertical operations are used primarily with threading machines and power screwdrivers. Folding Arms (PS1, PS2 and PS3) are also stationary and can be mounted on a table, wall or pillar. SmartMotion Folding Arms have a large effective working area and are suitable for both vertical and horizontal operations. The weight of the tool is supported by gas springs. Rail Supported Arms (PR1, PR2 and PR3) are unique and can be mounted between pillars fixed to the ceiling, wall, or floor. The rails permit unlimited reach within the workstation which can be used over several workstations, or several arms can share the same rails at one workstation.
