Smart-Bits for Smart-Control box

Four position bit tray/socket tray for use with a Smart-Control box. The bit tray has an optical sensor at each bit location. Sensors indicate to the Smart-Control box which bits are present. If two or more bits are removed the Smart-Control box will not activate a torque program and the screwdriver will be disabled.

Features:

• Four 1/4" O.D. slots for bits in each Smart-Bin assembly
• Tooling plate easily customized for speciality bits
• LED at each bit slot to indicate which bit is to be chosen

Notes:

1. The Smart-Bit assembly can be stacked togther for easy slot expansion (limted by your controller IO)
2. The Smart-Bit assemby does not ship with a Smart-Control unit.
3. The Smart-Bit assembly is meant to be added to a Smart-Arm or Smart-Bin control process.
4. To use the Smart-Bit assembly as a stand alone error proofing process it is best to connect the assembly directly to your screwdriver controller
