The Ultra TT Automation Series combines precision screwdriving and accurate positioning functions into one fully integrated, compact tabletop unit. For manufacturers, the easy programming of the Ultra TT combined with closed-loop servo controls and powerful drive motors for fast, accurate positioning means higher productivity, greater process consistency, and less scrap and rework. The right screw, in the right place, at the right torque - every time.

The unit sets up quickly and is easy to run, providing more time for other projects while increasing product yield. Everything you need is shipped in one box. The appropriate screwdriver to meet your application requirements, mounting hardware and universal fixturing plates.

Setup of the Ultra TT is simple. The quick, straightforward programming of the PalmTM handheld eliminates the need for a teach pendant. Supported by intuitive GUI (graphic user interface) software, the system setup wizards walk the operator through start-up parameters.

No awkward moves. Just smooth coordination for efficient work paths.

The Ultra TT is a closed-loop servo system, capable of positioning repeatability within +/-25 microns. Position and velocity feedback from the encoder ensures smooth, accurate operation through a wide range of motions and payloads - preventing variation often found in open-loop systems. The closed-loop system also provides validation of the screwdriver bit location, ensuring precision and accuracy. Coordinated axes movement of the Ultra TT system is more efficient than conventional XYZ systems.
