Upward pneumatic assist: (lifting) This option replaces the standard tension springs supplied with the PS torque arm with two air cylinders (torque arm purchased separately). One air cylinder acts as the spring balance, with adjustable tension. The other air cylinder provides up to 5 Kilo (11 lbs) of force. The air control system can work as follows: Providing upward force to lift: In this configuration the incoming air supply is contacted the control box. A dial on the control box adjusts the pressure. Turning the dial clockwise increases the pressure for lifting. This can also be controlled by a foot switch and a regulator. Price does not include the arm. |
