Raptor Power Cylinders

Kolver offers three sizes of our larger power cylinders, all with aluminum body construction available in either hand-held, or bench-mounted styles. Each cylinder has a stroke of 1 1/2", and is operated at 60-100 psi.

Hand operated cylinders have an internal valve, operated by a lever. Foot operated cylinders have 2-1/8" ports at rear of cylinder, connected to an optional 4-way footswitch. All cylinders come complete with 5' air hose, hardened steel piston cam, and instruction booklet.

RPT-002 and RTP-008 employ our single stage piston. RPT-008 features our two-stage piston, for dramatically increased power. All models use a hardened steel angled cam at the end of the piston to power jaw sets to a close. The larger cylinders used, the more power is delivered to the jaw set.

All Raptor power cylinders accept Kolver's jaw and housing sets. In addition, special jaw sets may be designed and manufactured to fit any of these power cylinders.
