Smart-Bins
Smart-Bins include pick-to-light sensors, red and green indicator lights to influence part selection. Smart Bins integrate with a smart-controller for part error proofing.
Operation:
The light in the Smart-Bin Sensor lights Green to indicate which bin the next part should be selected from. If the operator reaches into the incorrect bin the Smart-Bin Sensor lights Red "indicating an error" and the power is killed to the screwdriver until the correct Smart-Bin Sensor is tripped by the operator reaching back into the correct bin.
