Thread Cutting Controllers
The Parameter Delay Time enables the EDU1AE, PLUTO Screwdriver Controller, to run at it's full torque capacity for a pre-set amount of time, before downshifting to a final tightening profile. This allows the tool to overcome high prevailing torque in a thread cutting application and seat the screw at a lower torque.
The Delay Time Parameter is avalible on the following Controllers:
- EDU1AE/MT
- EDU1AE/LTP/MT
- EDU1AE/C/DT/MT
- EDU1AE/TOP/MT
- EDU1AE/TOP/LTP/MT
The Delay Time feature is only available when purchasing a separate unit (MT) with the standard EDU1AE as a precaution. Because, if the feature is setup incorrectly the tool can cause damage to your part and injure your operator. It is standard on the EDU1AE/TOP after this fall.

Consists of:
- EDU1FR/SG controller
- ACE Screw Counter
The ACE screw counter is a process control system that monitors the fastening assembly process. It tracks, in real time, the fastening of each screw in an assembly, then notifies the result. It keeps a summary of good and complete assemblies as well as of bad and incomplete ones throughout the production day.
