EDU1AE/MTI/LTP
The EDU1AE/MTI/LTP "Low Torque" MultiTorque Inspector
This system allows parameters to be set up to control the torque and RPM profile for one program. The system is set up through a LCD display on the front of the unit. Changes to the parameters are preformed by scrolling through the settings using four buttons.
SmartMotion: Torque Arms
Torque Location Sensor
The TLS: Torque Location Sensor, provides a low cost method of controlling the screwdriver by location and counting screws. The torque arm has two encoders that monitor the tools position. The controller allows easy programing of the assembly process. Power to the tool is turned off until the tool is in the reprogrammed location.
